Project Details: We are a retailor store in Florida and sell school supplies directly to teachers and home-school parents. We hava a catalog of approximately 20,000 items but would only be putting about 500 of them on the web at a time.

When a person comes to the website for the first time they would sign up for an account. At the time they would indicate the grade level they are working with. This information would be saved in a database which you would design. Each time they return to the site and log in, 5 items would be featured for their grade level so that a 12th grade teacher would see 12th grade featured items.(each month these 5 items for each grade level would change, we would need to be able to make these changes on the web page through a control panel)

In addition to being able to shop on-line, we would need to accept credit cards through a secure server. This information would be e-mailed to us and we would process it directly from our terminal when we process their order.

Outside of the shopping, we would need approximately 5 pages where we can tell the customers who we are and what we do.

We would also need pricing on Hosting of our website. We would want an e-mail address associated with our website (ex: sales@ourwebsite.com). We don't have the domain yet and would need pricing for that as well.

We need to appear on search engines, the major ones are the ones we care about and placement is a concern of ours. How much will this cost in addition to the website and what sort of placement in search engines do you offer? How many words or phrases can we use?

Each year our product catalog changes. We are looking for someone who we can depend on to get the job done and we would like to (although it is not required) work with someone who would want to maintain and update the website each year.
