Project Details: Currently we are saving 27 pieces of information from a form on our domain. This information is stored in a mySQL database table and we've added about 20 additional fields to the table to be updated by 10-50 people. We would like to continue to save these fields in the table, generate report(s) and allow users of the system to update and delete information in the tables. They may add records only through html form.

Report 1 - We need the ability to sort data shown in report by several fields. Provide a listbox with the 6 fields that we want to sort by;
Report 2 - Similar to #1 except prospects where Status code = <List All Status Codes>
